Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access is processed in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Application form

If you fill in the application form, I process your answers, name, email and the optional link and note to reply to your request and prepare a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is kept for as long as needed for this purpose and deleted after 12 months if no collaboration follows. Your answers are sent to me by email through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as a processor; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Booking a call

If you book a call, the booking is handled by the scheduling service linked on the page, which processes your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and object to processing at any time via hinterschusterlucian@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Cyprus the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
